Sara Butler


An experienced producer of TV drama, film, commercials and digital content, Sara’s ability to get projects up and running, whilst meeting clients’ needs and expectations, is unparalleled.

Sara’s background lies in setting up productions globally and working with production companies at start up level to develop their brand and grow their business. She started at the BBC over 15 years ago and her credits include Silent Witness, The Bill, Footballers Wives, Casualty and EastEnders. Sara produced her first feature film, Papadopoulos & Sons, in 2011 to much critical acclaim. As well as drama Sara’s expertise lies in commercial and digital content and recently she has headed up branded content for clients such as House of Fraser, Dove and McDonalds.


Veronica Kent


Veronica’s background is in Production Management for TV broadcast and Branded Content with over 15 years’ experience. Having worked across many TV genres including Live Outside Broadcasts, Drama, Entertainment, Children’s, Comedy and Classical Music she has managed large-scale crews of 100 to small 2-man crews. Veronica is highly specialised in supporting the creative teams with on point logistical planning whilst crucially managing the financials. Credits include Sport Relief, the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, EastEnders, Holby City, Derren Brown, Watchdog & Come Fly with Me.


Sophie Andrea-Mitchell


A story obsessive Sophie has over 6 years' worth of experience developing and editing film and TV scripts and plays. She loves working with writers and producers to bring out a script's full potential. 

Sophie started working in film exhibition and distribution before re-training in script development at the NFTS. Since then she has gone on to work in development at Double M Films, Wall to Wall, Endor Productions and Wildgaze Films. She has also freelanced for the biggest industry names including Creative England, Mammoth Screen, Channel 4, and Red Planet. She has worked on scripts such as Their Finest, Brooklyn, Esio Trot, The Escape Artist and she has worked on EastEnders. 


Jessica Hall


Jessica’s career began in theatre production, working in management positions across West End, touring and international shows.

Theatre credits include Room On The Broom (KW & NB), Top Hat The Musical (Kenny Wax Ltd), Matilda The Musical (Royal Shakespeare Company), The Woman In Black (PW Productions Ltd), Showstopper! The Improvised Musical (SFTW) and An Evening With Sir Roger Moore (Meadow Rosenthal Ltd).

Outside of the theatre world Jess delved into working across the entertainment industry as a whole which included working for brand based live event companies and festival organisations.

Credits include Brainiac Live, Science Museum Live and Guinness World Records Live (Dan Colman Creative), VAULT Festival (The Heritage Arts Company) and as the Live Events Coordinator for Guinness World Records.

Having been previously given the nickname 'spreadsheet queen', working on a variety of exciting projects at Scamp Solutions overseeing all things logistics and organisation is right up her street!
